Frequently Asked Questions

No more than five (5) mature dogs or cats or any combination thereof may be kept on a lot within any residential district. No aggressive breeds, such as pitbulls, pitbull terriers, etc.    

Rental's are for HOMEOWNERS & TENANTS  ONLY - Fees & Deposits may vary depending on type of event 

No less than 12 month lease. No waiting period for buyers to lease home.  

South Clubhouse: Available anytime outside existing reservations  - Cannot be reserved Mondays/Thursdays 1:00pm-4:00PM                             

North Clubhouse: Available anytime on the weekends & after 5:00PM weekdays.      

Board Meetings -   Typically the 3rd Tuesday of each month in the North clubhouse @ 6:30 pm 

Contractor Hours : M-F 7am- 7pm Saturdays: 8am-4pm

Currently there is no fitness facility at Newhaven at Abacoa. A new fitness facility will be coming soon in the North clubhouse. New fobs for access to the building will be distributed prior to the grand opening.

The North clubhouse is located at 112 Newhaven Blvd. The South clubhouse is located at 147 Poinciana Drive

No motorcycle, truck, trailer, boat, van in excess of 17 feet in length, camper, motor home, bus or commercial vehicle of any kind shall be parked in any driveway, on any lot or in the street except 1) within a garage; 2) while delivering or furnishing services to a unit during daylight hours. No vehicle shall be parked to prevent access to another lot.  

No watering between 10am and 4pm. Odd-numbered address (ending in 1,3,5,7,9) may water on Mondays, Wednesdays, and/or Saturdays. Even-numbered addresses (ending in 0,2,4,6,8) may water on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and/or Sundays. Please check with management office for any updated information. 

Weekly Trash and Recycling are collected between 6am and 6pm. Resident are encouraged to place their trash (brown 48-gallon toter) and recycling (blue 96-gallon toter) bins curbside before their schedule collection day and remove them within 12 hours afterward. holidays may affect check the city's website for specific information. Regular collection and recycles are Monday & Thursday. Bulk collection is Monday.
